Bulla is a decentralized exchange (DEX) based on Algebra Integral, explicitly built for the Berachain network.

Bulla features the modular architecture of Algebra Integral, a V4 AMM with the power of plugins and hooks to enhance the trading and liquidity marketplace.

BUlla supports the Berachain network. Berachain offers full EVM compatibility, top-notch performance, minimal fees, and strong security.

Bulla also integrates 3rd-party automated liquidity management (ALM) tools. Explore incentives and earn yields via both manual and automated liquidity solutions.

Our mission is to leverage proven technology to become the number one DEX on Berachain, become a prominent piece of the BERA ecosystem, and create the best user experience possible for traders and liquidity providers.

Our strategy is to maximize fees and volume generation through carefully crafted emissions and deflationary mechanisms, including real yield distribution and buybacks.


# Features

Algebra Finance, with its Integral technology, similar to the Uniswap V4 approach, uses a modular structure that allows the use of plugins (also known as hooks for Uniswap V4). Thanks to the plugins, it will allow Bulla to evolve continuously and seamlessly integrate all kinds of future innovations.

Algebra Integral introduces a new feature: plugins, enabling developers to extend the platform's functionality beyond its core protocol. Here are some potential plugins:

These plugins open up a world of possibilities for customization. Some exciting plugins include:

* **Time-weighted average market maker (TWAMM):** Implementing TWAMM allows for a trading algorithm that considers the average price of an asset over a specific period, providing a more stable trading experience.
* **Dynamic fees based on volatility or other inputs:** Adjusting fees dynamically based on market conditions like volatility can incentivize liquidity provision during periods of high volatility and help maintain liquidity during calmer market conditions.
* **On-chain limit orders:** Enabling on-chain limit orders allows traders to set specific price levels at which they are willing to buy or sell assets, providing more control over their trading strategies.
* **Depositing out-of-range liquidity into lending protocols:** Allowing liquidity providers to deposit liquidity outside of the current trading range into lending protocols can potentially earn additional yield on idle assets, maximizing capital efficiency.
* **Autocompounded LP fees back into LP positions:** Automatically reinvesting LP fees back into LP positions can compound returns over time, incentivizing long-term liquidity provision and maximizing earnings for liquidity providers.

# Berachain

Berachain is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK, designed to optimize liquidity and DeFi efficiency. What makes Berachain unique is its Proof-of-Liquidity (PoL) consensus, where validators stake liquidity positions instead of just tokens, ensuring that assets remain productive while securing the network. This approach deeply integrates liquidity provisioning with network security, creating a more sustainable and capital-efficient system.

Powered by Polaris EVM, Berachain offers full Ethereum compatibility while also benefiting from Cosmos interoperability through IBC. This means developers can deploy Ethereum-based smart contracts seamlessly while connecting to the broader Cosmos ecosystem.

Berachain also introduces a tri-token system: $BERA as the gas token, $BGT for governance (earned through liquidity participation), and $HONEY for rewards and incentives. Combined with fast finality, low fees, and a DeFi-first design, Berachain provides a high-performance environment for trading, lending, and yield generation.

By blending Ethereum’s smart contract capabilities with Cosmos’ modularity and its own liquidity-driven consensus, Berachain is set to redefine how DeFi ecosystems operate—prioritizing deep liquidity, scalability, and sustainable incentives for users and developers alike

We integrated Gamma Strategies into Bulla to streamline liquidity management and enhance the liquidity-providing experience. Here's why:

* **Simplified Liquidity Management:** Gamma Strategies automates the process of maintaining liquidity, ensuring there's always liquidity in range for trading across different pairs.
* **Reduced IL:** The automated algorithms of Gamma Strategies help mitigate impermanent loss for liquidity providers.
* **Competitive Edge:** By integrating Gamma Strategies, we enhance our DEX's competitiveness by offering reliable liquidity and efficient liquidity management.
* **Scalability and Adaptability:** Gamma Strategies' flexibility allows us to scale our operations seamlessly as our DEX grows, adapting to changing market conditions and user needs without disruptions.

# Tokenomics

#### Airdrop & Tokenomics

Bulla Exchange is a fully self-funded project with no insider allocations, venture capital,  just a fair and transparent airdrop of $BULLA directly to the community.

At Token Generation Event (TGE), 30% of the total supply will be distributed to BULLA Points holders, ensuring a fair launch. The team’s allocation will be fully locked from day one, reinforcing a long-term commitment to the ecosystem.

**How to Earn $BULLA:**

* Provide liquidity to select trading pairs on Bulla Exchange
* Delegate to validators who send rewards to Bulla’s vaults

**Revenue Sharing & Fee Switch:**

$BULLA tokenomics prioritize revenue sharing to benefit stakers. Upon launch, a 25% fee switch will activate, directing all collected fees exclusively to $BULLA stakers. More details on this mechanism will be released closer to launch.
